This is an all stainless steel dough bowl built by Bosch for both older standard 2 speed or newer Universal 3 speed Bosch mixers. It has a 7 quart capacity with no post in the center making either adding ingredients or removing dough a snap! The Bosch mixer stainless bowl's own kneading arm is designed to develop gluten to its fullest stage. Nothing is missed in its ability of stir ingredients though a recipe. The dough hook is not interchangeable with the plastic bowl dough hook. Included are the bowl, kneading arm, splatter ring and center lid.
