Works well, quickly and quietly! I've run 3 batches of hot peppers through this dehydrator already and it works beautifully. The fan is quieter than I expected and really improves the drying time significantly. I love that there is a temperature control. Plus, since the fan and heating unit are on the top layer, any seeds, bits of food or sauce that drips down through the trays lands on a plain plastic bottom layer. This will be MUCH easier to clean up than our old dehydrator (which had no fan and the exposed heating coil on the bottom layer). Loving it!

I'm having a ton of fun with this little machine. I bought it to make sun dried tomatoes with. I've discovered if I half them, the take forever but if I slice them up...4 hours easy. (same with apples) Maybe slicing is the solution to reducing the amount of time it takes them to be done? Anyway, I have no complaints about this product. It's quiet and efficient, what more do I want? -S.

This is the third dehydrator I have had, and it works better than any others. It has several temperature control settings for depending upon what you want to dry, and does it efficiently. Would recommend it.
