This brew station makes the world weakest coffee! I even went out and bought a well know brand of coffee, there strongest they sell and it was still weak. I called Hamilton Beach and pretty much they said ther is nothing they could do. I'm returning this product and will never buy a Hamilton Beach item agin due to there horrible customer service (and product).
