I gather this is pretty much the same as the EAM 3500, (some reviewer mentioned the milk lid may be upgraded a bit and some minor software improvements added) but they packaged the 'Rialto' for Starbucks stores and may have overproduced it. So... product is commonly available on ebay for ~$800 or so (just won an auction myself for $740), which sounds like a steal compared to what you pay for a 3500.
