DeLonghi's EN-660.R Nespresso Lattissima Espresso Maker features a patented extraction system to facilitate the ideal flow of water through the ground coffee to create the perfect cup of espresso. The single-serve machine uses Nespresso s specially designed coffee-filled capsules. To brew, simply insert a capsule and the machine does the rest. The unit perforates the hermetically sealed capsule and soaks all the ground coffee to optimally filter the coffee, while the 19 BAR high-pressure pump extracts all the aromas to give body to the espresso ensuring a smooth crema. After brewing is completed, the machine automatically ejects the capsules into a holding tank for later disposal.The machine s patented IFD milk system includes a milk container for making cappuccinos or lattes. The milk container includes a unique automatic cleaning function with a simple push of a button. The entire milk container is detachable so it can easily be placed in the refrigerator. The amounts of frothed/steamed milk and coffee are adjustable to preference. Illuminated controls allow you to easily choose your favorite drink: cappuccino, latte macchiato, espresso coffee, long coffee, or hot water. Other features include an adjustable height cup tray to accommodate large or small cups, a removable drip tray, self-priming operation, 19 BAR high-pressure pump and removable 40 ounce water tank. The welcome kit includes an espresso cup, a latte cup, a saucer and a sample pack of Nespresso capsules.
