Product Description Use the digital clock / timer and wake to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee. In a hurry Enjoy the convenience of Pause-to-Serve to stop the brew cycle while you pour a quick cup full. For peace of mind the unit shuts off immediately after brewing and the thermal carafe keeps the coffee at optimal temperature for several hours.

Good Coffee Maker December 2, 2008 E. Lilly I got this coffee maker a year or two ago, and I like it. It keeps the coffee hot for a long time and it doesn't change the taste of the coffee if it sits for a while. Getting the lid on the pot just right took a try or two the first time, but now it doesn't trip me up at all. It's also easy operate as far as turning it on and programming it to start brewing at a certain time.
Several problems for only "okay" coffee September 16, 2008 P. Sorooshian-Tafti (Southern California, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've owned this coffee maker for about 2 years. Problems: - carafe lid requires fooling around with to make it fit right - carafe drips onto counter every time we pour a cup of coffee - it is a little awkward to fill the water container so we often spill some water around the coffee maker - the filter basket has a gizmo on it that doesn't stay popped on And, now, the coffee maker no longer makes a full pot of coffee, shutting itself off after there is just an inch or so of coffee in the bottom of the carafe. When we push the on button, it will again make about an inch of coffee and shut itself off.
Nice Simplicity Spoiled by Terrible Build Quality May 27, 2008 Amy L. Scarfone (Seattle, WA USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
We've had this coffee maker for about nine months. It was originally purchased because I desired a coffee maker with a thermal carafe, but without all the bells and whistles. Unfortunately, the carafe has always leaked and it has been getting worse with time. In the past couple of months, the lid has broken off and is now falling apart. We're two adults that are very gentle on this appliance. It should have lasted much, much longer.
Somewhat disappointed August 23, 2007 Dixie (Hendersonville, NC United States) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
My main criteria for buying this coffeemaker was the fact that it had a thermal carafe. I was under the impression that I was ordering a black coffeemaker, but the one I received was white. As a result the water line markings are in white and very difficult to read. Also it is somewhat awkward to fill. The carafe lid is not easy to insert correctly despite the directional arrows. Honestly, the only reason I'm keeping it is because the only other coffeemakers with stainless steel carafes I can find are way too expensive because of all the "bells and whistles" on them. I just want a regular coffeemaker with a thermal carafe to keep the coffee hot without turning bitter by sitting on a hot plate.
