This is the blade to use when you want homemade mayonnaise, or whipped cream, or whipped egg white, in ten seconds. It really does work just like the Bamix videos by Gordon Ramsay on YouTube. Go search for "Gordon Ramsay Bamix" at YouTube and you'll see this great little toy at work.
