4 out of 5 stars This is a great product for the money but care must be taken   November 25, 2008
Virginia J. Frazier (Clearwater, FL USA)
I have owned my machine for two years and I found that: 1. the cup like part that holds the water must be wiped with a paper towel with vinegar after use to keep it nice. 2. The egg holder must be cleaned after each use and spraying Pam before and after is a good idea. I do think the company should change the egg holder for poached eggs or get a better teflon provider, the teflon will come off eventually no matter how well you care for it. Actually, that is my main complaint. All in all, I think the product is great, the idea is fantastic and a real time saver!

5 out of 5 stars Talk about easy   September 19, 2008

This is the easiest breakfast I have ever made for my husband. Forget running to McDonald's for the McMuffin. The toaster portion of this product works great alone, and actually is accurate with the browning rate you choose and the egg portion works the same. They work in conjunction or alone. It could not be easier or quicker. Clean up is a cinch as well. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

2 out of 5 stars Great idea, lousy product   August 2, 2008

I loved the idea of making egg and toast at the same time using same equipment. kudos.
The product worked great for a while but in few months the egg maker was dead. The frustrating part is that I didnt even use the unit everyday.

I went ahead with giving it another try thinking that the first one might had been a faulty production item. Again few months later, egg maker is dead.
I wish some other company would take the same idea and design a better, durable product.

How does anyone get along with just a toaster anymore? This one can fix you breakfast in the morning. How many of you can say that about your toaster?
