I love this roaster, I use it all the time now! It's extremely easy to clean and I really like that you can lift the lid up or remove it completely. Like any lid though, you have to watch out for steam. Be smarter then your roaster and you'll be ok.
 DANGEROUS - NEEDS TO BE RECALLED August 18, 2008

I purchased one of these because it looked nicer than the standard rectangular roaster ovens. It has a lift handle on the front of the lid. If you use this handle marked lift, you will be scalded by the steam from the cooker as it opens. This is a terrible design, and needs to be recalled by Rival. Beware this item. Definitely needs to be recalled.
