Slow cooker November 11, 2008 A. Turbeville (Lakeland, Florida United States) This is a great product. I use it all the time, purchased another one for our second home. The first one is over 10years old and still works great.
Keep your money October 14, 2008 Susan E. Beumel (Honolulu, HI) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
This product was a huge disappointment. I bought this after my other one died. It was given to me by my father-in-law and was about 20 years old. I splurged and got the most expensive one in the store thinking it would be the best. I have tried several items in it and they have all been way undercooked, even on high temps. I have to continue to cook in the oven or stove to finish it off. The whole point of me getting a slowcooker was to come home to dinner already prepared, not more cooking. I would NOT recommend this product to anyone.
Best EVER August 30, 2008 Joyce Boyer This is the 3rd one we have had-Same brand-LOVE IT!!!! Only change I would even suggest is to make them in Stainless Steel- No peeling in cookery bottom then.
Great Slow Cooker July 13, 2008 JFV (Corrales, NM) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I had a Rival 6 qt. programmable crockpot, but it was WAY too hot. It dried everything out even if I used low and switched to warm -- it kept boiling away. I have used this 3-4 times and it seems to cook nice and slow and doesn't dry things out. So far I am VERY pleased.
LOVE IT ! July 10, 2008 Diane M. Richard (Bourne, Ma USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I FOUND THIS SLOW COOKER PERFECT FOR WHAT I NEEDED. IT'S A BIG SIZE FOR STEW AND SOUPS. IT'S VERY NICE LOOKING AND CLEANS UP EASILY. ABOUT THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF TO COMPLAIN ABOUT IS THE CORD IS TOO SHORT. I ALSO DON'T USE THE LOW SETTING, I USE THE NEXT ONE UP, AND EVERYTHING COMES OUT GREAT. GREAT PRICE TOO!
