Don't Break Your Lid! May 7, 2008
Loves Cookin' (Minneapolis, MN)
The slow cooker itself works great. Lots of room, easy to clean. HOWEVER, when my lid broke, I called Rival itself to order a replacement. I was SHOCKED to learn that they do not stock any replacement lids - and this is the manufacturer itself! So my pricey slow cooker is now useless. I don't know how you find out if other crock pots have replacement parts, but this one does not. I would not order it again.
