Worth the wait and the money November 18, 2007

I've waited for this cookware for a long, long time. I don't buy easily or expensively. I'm penny-wise and pound-wise. I searched the net, pondered the possibilities, read review after review, compared all the options but came up disappointed and empty until this set hit the mark. I almost passed it by until I found it in black [it also comes it red].
I wear red but my kitchen is modern and flashy in earthy shades with black as the theme. This set is gorgeous and fits in perfectly. There's no fluff to be found here - every piece comes with a lid and is a daily usable size. Except for the smallest fry pan and the smallest sauce pan I see little waste in this group. Those sizes are my pet peeve - they are all but useless yet every set contains them [a waste of money to my mind]. It is a true 12-piece set that adds up to value.
My eyes are still reeling. It's sexy, contemporary, functional and fun. With just the right mix of stainless and black coupled with the high-end non-stick I prefer, it made a goal on the first try. You can find it for less but it's worth the asking price. Life is short, feeding the hungry hordes can be dreary, enjoy yourself and live a little with this spectacular cookware set.
